the breakfast buffet had extensive options. the reception service was helpful. a car park was available , i thought that was convenient.
The room felt too empty. there was too much space with minimum furniture. the absence of carpets, and it echoed when i talked. i also found the tv to be very tiny. I haven't seen that size in years.

The check-in process was efficient, and the personnel were helpful. I found the breakfast to be a great offering, with nice coffee available. The room service was prompt and reliable. I appreciated the spacious room I was assigned.
The television in the room was a bit small considering the room size.

Nice Stay in a Central Location

The reception staff assisted me expertly. The room was clean, and I found the triple-glazed windows provided excellent soundproofing ensuring a restful environment. The location offered easy access to the river and nearby trams, simplifying travel to main attractions.
I found that the hotel's website gave inaccurate information about air conditioning availability , as it wasn't turned on. A fan was provided, yet the room was still uncomfortably hot .

My room included cool air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom equipped with fresh towels plus toiletries , and it also featured a comfortable bed. Windows had triple glazing, reducing outside noise levels.

The breakfast offered reasonable variation with typically European options . The espresso machine presented a small challenge , yet the staff willingly helped. I found the selection was well-suited to my needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful , particularly the receptionist assisting with taxi arrangements. They provided clear directions, and they also offered luggage storage , and this helped me relax before my flight.
